Coursework for Working Professionals
Designed for working professionals, most coursework is offered in 8-week sessions and is offered face-to-face in the Kansas City area as well as online.
Three Course Delivery Options:
Kansas City Area
Working adults who live and work in the Kansas City Metropolitan area can now complete a Master of Science (M.S.), Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree at K-State’s newest campus in Olathe, Kansas. Coursework typically meets 1 night each week for 8 weeks, providing an opportunity to begin a graduate degree program at any time of the year and complete the program in approximately 2 years.
Online
Adults living and working outside the Kansas City area can complete the master’s degree online. Online courses meet for 8 weeks, providing an opportunity to begin at any time of the year and complete your graduate degree in about 2 years.
Fort Leavenworth
Military personnel directly affiliated with Fort Leavenworth can obtain the master’s degree through a face-to-face cohort model.
