K-State College of Education Graduate Programs among Nation’s Best
The Kansas State University College of Education has one of the best graduate programs in the nation, according to the 2014 Best Graduate School rankings by U.S. News and World Report.
The annual rankings are generated from national surveys examining quality, student selectivity, faculty resources, and research activity, and demonstrate the College of Education’s commitment to exemplary education.
“Of the thousands of educator training programs in the country, being ranked among the very best universities is a testament to the talent and dedication of an outstanding group of faculty and students,” College of Education dean Debbie Mercer said. “The quality graduate programming — predicated on our award-winning professional development school undergraduate programs — and being named the exemplary program for 2011 by the National Professional Development School Association is a powerful combination. These recognitions demonstrate the overall quality education provided at Kansas State University. This quality is going to work each and every day in Kansas and around the world.”
K-State’s College of Engineering was also ranked as a top graduate program.
