Welcome to the K-State Adult Learning and Leadership information page! Our programs are designed for the working professional and offer flexible coursework options for both in-person and online delivery methods. Our location in the Kansas City metro provides our students with a surplus of opportunities to collaborate with industry professionals and work together across multiple disciplines to solve real-world problems in the classroom, directly in industry and virtually through the use of technology.

A graduate degree in Adult Learning and Leadership helps working adults from a wide variety of professions become better educators, trainers, facilitators, managers, program planners, and leaders. As the only adult learning graduate program in Kansas, over 1,000 adults have graduated from the master’s or doctoral programs and advanced their careers in higher education, corporate training, health care, public safety, technology, the military and a variety of other adult education professions. Graduate Certificates in Adult Learning and in Leadership are also available.
